Job Title: Project Manager (EPC)
Project Name: Ar-Rabiyah LPG Gas Supply System Project - Saudi Aramco Project - Dhahran - Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities: Overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of a construction project from initiation to completion. Developing a comprehensive project plan, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals. Close design supervision and coordination with the project designer to ensure that design deliverables are aligned with project requirements and milestones. Defining project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. Reviewing a detailed project schedule with milestones and deadlines. Establishing a budget, allocating resources, and monitoring the costs.
Maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with the client. Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally. Keep the client informed about project progress and changes. Assembling a project team with the required skills and expertise. Assigning roles and responsibilities to team members. Identifying potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project. Monitoring and assessing risks throughout the project lifecycle. Reviewing quality standards and expectations for the project. Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Close coordination with procurement to procure materials, equipment, and subcontractor services. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships. Monitor the delivery of materials and equipment to meet project timelines. Managing a communication plan for stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members. Conducting regular project meetings with the team to discuss progress, issues, and solutions.
Promoting and enforcing safety protocols on the construction site including compliance with health and safety regulations. Addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly. Managing changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget through a formal change control process. Assessing the impact of changes on the project's overall objectives. Maintaining accurate project documentation, including plans, contracts, and reports. Review progress reports, financial statements, and status updates. Keep a record of project-related correspondence and decisions. Identifying and resolving issues and challenges that may arise during construction. Anticipate and proactively address potential obstacles.
Ensuring that all project objectives are met before closing out the project. Conduct a thorough project review and documentation for lessons learned.

Job Title: Construction Manager (A). (Main Hospital Building and Utility Buildings)
Project Name: Security Forces Medical Center, Ministry of Interior. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities: Proactive leader and technical advisor for the construction of hospital’s main building and utility buildings. Overall site management, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects throughout the project life cycle. Complete coordination and close supervision of site execution force together with specialist subcontractors/vendors. Planning and preparing construction schedule, milestones and monitoring progress against established schedule.
Overall supervision of quality control, production, budget, schedule, and personal performance. Checking plans, drawings and quantities to maintain the accuracy of work. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials supply) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations. Ensure that production is ongoing according to the agreed program targets, permissible budget and generating required revenue for the project. Prepare method statements and procedure of tasks with risk assessment. Managing all construction work according to the project specifications and Saudi Building Codes.
Day-to-day coordination and communication effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Preparing weekly progress reports and monthly look ahead schedule.
Day-to-day coordination with consultant & their representatives (Engineers, Architect & Surveyors) and attending regular meetings to keep them informed about construction site progress reports.

Job Title: Site Manager (Villa Construction and Site Development)
Project Name: Prince Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz Humanitarian City.
Responsibilities: Managing and leading the construction site as a section in charge and technical advisor for construction of villas and site development including proactive leadership for health, safety, environment, and security. Chair the weekly meeting with the site execution team and fix the look ahead schedule for them within the allowable budget. Review achieved targets on a daily basis.
Overall site management, planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specification and budget. King Abdullah Centre for Oncology & Liver Disease (20 Floors Hospital Building)
Responsibilities: Area in charge of all civil activities including responsible for effective health, safety, environment, security and social economics. Overall supervision for construction of RC structure of hospital building, architectural finishing activities, facade unitized aluminum glass panel system, site development, re-routing of existing underground electromechanical services, storm & sewer pipeline laying, storm & sewer manhole’s precast production and installation. Managing company manpower and sub-contractors. Regular coordination with the design team concerning design clashes and issues. Preparing method statements and risk assessment. Simultaneously overseeing the requisition of materials & equipment.

Royal Wing Building (Hospital Expansion Building)
Responsibilities: Initiate the project from basement excavation and completed up to roof slab including site development. In charge for all civil works, excavation, cavity probing, shoring, RC sub structure, Water proofing, RC super structure, floor screed concrete, CMU, plastering, drywall partitions, ceiling, painting, floor preparation including floor finishing, facade unitized aluminum glass panels system, site development, re-routing of existing underground electromechanical services, storm & sewer pipeline laying, storm & sewer manholes precast production and installation. Managing company manpower and sub-contractors. Regular coordination with the design department concerning design clashes and issues.
Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Two High-rise (45 floors) Tower Project)
Project Name - 1: Emaar Properties PJSC, Downtown Dubai Development.
Responsibilities: In charge of Slip form concrete, Columns, RC walls, Slabs, concreting, Block Work, Plastering, Water proofing System, Fire stopping, Pre- cast panels & other FACADE related activities.
Managing manpower, Sub contractors, Technical works, conducting inspections, Co-ordinations with consultant concerning design technical issues & clashes.

Job Title: Civil Site Engineer (Industrial Project)
Project Name - 2: Emirates Aluminum Smelter Complex (Emal) Taweelah Abu Dhabi.
One of the largest Aluminum Smelter complex in the world, having capacity of 1.4 million Metric Ton aluminum per year.
Responsibilities:
Leader for underground services, pot line reduction & carbon area. Storm & Sewer pipeline laying, Storm & Sewer manholes, Duct banks & Road crossing, Box Culvert Construction, Reinforcement activities RC Foundations. Managing plant, manpower, and technical works, conducting inspections & getting approval of shop drawings from consultant.
Job Title: Site Civil Engineer (Residential Project)
Project Name: Emaar Villas” DHA Islamabad Limited Pakistan.
One of the biggest residential project in Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for construction of main gate house & Sales center building, Walk ways & curb stones. Managing man power & sub-contractor, Concrete works, RC foundations up to top slab. Conducting inspections with consultant. With Echawest International (Pvt) Limited and Home Finesse.
