Project - 3 Bases Expansion
• Provide the project schedule submittal updates to the Project Manager.
• Work experience in PVC/RGS Conduit/Cable Tray/Cable Bus, Electrical Control Panels, Main Distribution Panels (MDP), Power Generator, Duct Banks, Manholes, UPS & Battery charger, Lighting Fixture, Switch’s and receptacle, Transformers, Switchgear, Motor, MCC, Circuit Breakers, Fire Alarm System, HVAC Control System, Power Protection Panels, Fiber Optic Cable, Communication system, Cable Racks, Patch Panels, MV/LV Power Cables, Cable Termination and Grounding System.
• Installation Testing and Inspection of Conduit, Cable Tray, Cable Bus, Electrical Control Panels,
• Clearing all the quality, construction & testing related problems on site make proactive actions to avoid repetition of job, wastage of materials, job delays and Standard violations.
• Develop the QC Plan, testing plan, training plan.
• Manage the 3 phase inspections on site (preparatory, Initial and follow-up).
• Prepare, review and submit the closeout submittals.
• Materials Receiving Inspection of All type of Electrical Materials and Equipment’s.
• Highly proficient with Specifications, ITPs, Method Statements, Technical Submittals, Risk Assessments, IFC
• Drawings, BOQ, RFI’s, QANs, ES&H Improvement /Prohibition Notices, Quantity take offs HPRs to Improve
• Quality & Safety on site.
• Work as a team with the construction department to ensure the quality and the safety contract requirements are met.
• Initiate & perform in internal and/or external quality control audits & perform Pre-Final and Final Inspections.
• Review project-specific quality control plans & ensure that these plans contain appropriate definable features of work (DFoW), testing plan, and submittal register for the project.
• Draft recommended modifications to the approved plan if the plans are substandard and obtain the required approvals. Ensure that the project-specific quality control plan is maintained current at the project.
Projects - NIC (Ministry of Interior), MOI HQ-Jeddah
• Hands on experience on Tier-3 Data Center setup and commissioning.
• Worked for review of Design, Shop & As-Built Drawings and support contractor’s design team for Data Center, Telecom and Security Systems.
• Handle third party inspection for testing and calibration, pre-commissioning and functional tests of all Electrical equipment’s.
• Perform the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Electrical Equipment’s
• Submission of energization packages, Pre-commissioning packages, Methods Statement to the client and other dossiers for obtaining mechanical completion certificates and project closure approval.
• Perform the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for Electrical Equipment’s.
• Hands on experience on complete Hardware builds for Electrical, Communication and Security system deployments, ensuring adherence to documented installation procedures.
• Undertaking site surveys; ensuring that objectives and deadlines are met.
• Preparing high-quality written reports and presentations for management and customer review.
• Finding creative solutions to the challenges of network design, mobile communications, data service requirements, and internet and network signaling protocols.
• Continual monitoring of Data Center support queues, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems in a national level environment.
• Develop, review and deliver the submittals.
• Develop and update daily the submittal register.
• Prepare, review and submit the Operation and Maintenance Manuals.
• Prepare and witness all the testing activities.
• Clearing all the Quality, construction & testing related problems on site make proactive actions to avoid repetition of job, wastage of materials, job delays and Standard violations.
• Identify non-conformance, lead its investigation with the relevant departments.
• Categories the problems encountered during the all phase of project like Delays, planning and control, testing documentation.
• Closely monitor site activities and site conditions on daily basis to find out QA/QC non-conformances of Contractor and take appropriate remedial actions
