documents, procedures manual, approve materials, national and international
standards.
• Conduct inspection and witness testing and commissioning of the completed
works. Implementation of Black-out Test Procedures.
• Produce/update regular site progress reports. Review the punch list. Manage
contractors to expedite final completion of works.

• Receive Request for Information (RFI) that applies to electrical works. Review and
response as required.
• Implementation of Electrical Safe System of Works and other Life Safety
Procedures and Equipment.
• Review of the Final Hand-over documentations such as As-built Drawings,
Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Testing and Commissioning Test Sheets,
Warranty Certificates & Vendors Information.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES.
• This plant has 3x3x2 multi-shaft Configuration 2x3-GTG, 2x3-HRSG, 2x2-STG, with Connection facilities
such as Electricity Transmission facilities, Water Intake & discharge facilities and Gas Connection
facilities, Kind of Project: - Combined Cycle Gas Power Plant Project & Water Product facilities. Capacity
of Plant: 2500MW, 136MIGD.
• Review Quality Documentation (ITP, Drawing & Vendor Data Sheet, Material Specifications and other
Quality related documents pertaining to Quality activities.
• The issue of NCRs and implementing the corrective actions in Conformance with the client's Standards
& Specs.
• Attend site testing and commissioning and assist in the preparation of the relevant report
• Site Inspection and Co-ordinate construction to implement the work completed in complies with code
in accordance with the specification.
Significant Contributions / Achievements
• CM (Corrective Maintenance) audit team leader; to monitor the CM works done by various contractor,
to follow-up the back logs.
• Identify the discrepancy between the design and commissioning data through a desktop review of the
documentation.
• Carryout an operational condition assessment listing all defects/snags.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES.
• Witnessing and sentencing all site inspections.
• Coordination with other trades and sub-contractors. Liaise with inspectors and project engineer.
• Preparation of technical queries and variation orders.
• Organize material submittal and quantity take-off. Raise material purchase requisition.
• Shop drawing preparation i.e., lighting layout, power layout, low- voltage electrical room layout.
• Illumination design and calculation, panel board load calculation, voltage drop and fault current
calculation.
• Material take-off, preparation of operation and maintenance manual.
• To check shop drawings and to follow-up the approval and issuance to site.
• Supervise the construction of man-holes and duct banks, cable pulling and erection of MV switchgears,
package substation, transformers and MCC.
• Prepare and revise Inspection and testing plans for client approval. Organize electrical inspection packages

• Responsible for the execution of electrical work at site as per the approved shop Drawings and client
requirement and expectations.
• Manage and supervise all electrical works including shop drawing preparation, material take-off,
material and drawing submittal, material requisition and monthly progress valuation
• Prepare technical correspondence to client and consultant; attend weekly progress meeting with client
and consultant.
• Scheduling and coordination of electro-mechanical activities with civil, structural and architectural
trades.
• Preparation of site instructions and detailed sketches for client approval.
• Preparation of monthly progress and billing.
