Project Risk Management Services:

Participate in “Kick off Meeting” with the client’s project team, consultants, architects and related stake holders to understand the details of the upcoming project and engage in ideating sessions on loss prevention and control solutions from the conceptual stage
Provide plan review services by evaluating fire protection system drawings and hydraulic calculations and suggest changes in the form of plan review letter
Analysis of tender documents pertaining to fire fighting works
Verify the fire protection installations and process safety interlocks at project site and suggest recommendations in the project letter
After completion of installation and commissioning of fire protection system, conduct acceptance testing of fire pump, automatic sprinkler system and hydrant system etc. as per FM Global standards
Works in close liaison with fire consultants and contractors to ensure that proper loss prevention considerations are achieved at the design and project stage
