Led hazard analysis and risk assessments for projects including data centers and BESS; developed fire protection designs (sprinkler, water-based and gas suppression) using AutoCAD and Revit; reviewed builder drawings and commodity classifications; coordinated with multidisciplinary teams and ensured compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and NFPA standards. Liaised with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve technical and estimation issues; prepared cost estimates and tender proposals; coordinated with suppliers for pricing of pumps, valves and control panels. This position involved managing fire safety department, ensuring compliance
with regulations, and handling operations related to fire safety across running
projects and facilities. Key job responsibilities include: -
• Department head
◦ Handling overall responsibilities for fire division department related to
numerous projects and facilities comprising of more than 50 properties that
includes superhigh rise residential, commercial buildings, multipurpose
storage & workshop facilities.
◦ Develop and implement the departments strategic goals, objectives, and
policies for fire protection and life safety.
◦ Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing for the fire protection
and life safety division.
• Regulatory compliance, fire safety audits & inspections
◦ Ensure all fire protection and life safety systems adhere to applicable codes
and standards (e.g., NFPA, IBC & local regulations).
◦ Monitor changes in fire safety laws and standards and update organizational
policies accordingly. Liaised with external contractors to verify correct
implementation and installation of fire systems.
◦ Oversee documentation and reporting for regulatory bodies and insurance
purposes.

Oversaw implementation and installation of fire protection systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Prepared SOPs for testing and commissioning and supported Civil Defense inspections. Coordinated with stakeholders to deliver handovers and training to clients. Conducted troubleshooting and quality assurance during installation and handover, improving first-time pass rates for inspections by Z% (if applicable).

Assigned the responsibility of commissioning and programming engineer of
fire and life safety systems of JSB & CEAG fire system and central battery
emergency lighting system. Prime responsibility covers a wide range of
activities, including installation oversight, testing, troubleshooting,
documentation, and post-commissioning support ensuring successful handing
over of projects with acquiring of NOC from civil defense authorities.
