Over All Handling Of Project which includes
1. Assessing the Project Viability, '
2. Negotiating with counterpart such as Landlord, Vendors & Contractors.
3. Clearing document from concern Authority for the project.
4. Marketing, Negotiating with Prospect & Following up for Legal Sales documentation.
5. Preparing work flow, handling contractors & ensuring completion of project on or before prescribed time and reporting the same to Head office,
6. Estimating, Procuring & Handling Material required & making sure for minimum wastage & Effectively handling of waste Disposal
7. Estimating, Negotiating & Billing with Customer for desired additional work.
8. Follow up with customer for timely payment and keep them informed about development within the Project.
9. Finding New Project, preparing project report & discussing with senior Authority of the organization.
