Work closely with senior and line managers, providing them with expert guidance, coaching and
support on the full range of HR activities (including policies and procedures, terms and conditions
of employment, absence management, restructuring of services, performance management, etc.), in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach to people management throughout the Board.

Introduce efficient HR systems and processes and streamline existing processes to strengthen the role of Human Resources as well as meet the requirements of the organization

Additional Responsibilities

First point of contact for HR queries for offices in Dubai, and other properties in UAE
Represent organization at employee related hearings and investigations
Liaise with Legal Department to arrange visas/work permits for entering and exiting staff
Inducting and orienting new recruits into their positions
Helping in the easy and efficient exit of staff
Administer benefits program for employees, eg: Medical/Life/ Housing/Contractual Benefits
Issuance of visa and OHC medical issues
Maintain employee information database both electronically and as hard files
Assist in investigation and resolution of employee grievances and coordinate processes of responding to complaints
Advise staff on corporate policies and legal guidelines and the need for compliance
Update employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll, benefits administration etc
In-charge of updating and maintaining the Recruitment Status report and handling all related queries
Monitor terminations, transfers, promotions, salary reviews and temporary staff and ensure accuracy of data input into the system


Assists with the management of information, systems, and processes associated with all HC activities including:
Medical insurance, HRIS, ticket and accommodation bookings, cash advance.
Schedules and coordinates meetings and interviews.
Follow-up with the selected candidates to provided documents required to process visa.
Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Manage the personnel filing structure (both hardcopy as well as electronically). Implement & maintain a soft and hard copy filing system for Alkhoory group Companies.
Maintains historical human capital records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Input/update employee details in the HR software.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Arrange travel bookings for staff recruited overseas.
Prepare documentation required to assist employees to open salary cards and bank accounts

Exit Interviews
Scheduling Exit Interviews and handling the queries related to Full & Final Settlement of employees
Tracking and conveying feedback received during exit interviews for instituting systems to improve

Employee Relation Activities
Involve people for various activities like Birthday Celebrations, National Festival celebrations, Sports &
Cultural activities & other Welfare activities
Handling & resolving employee grievance.
Awareness of Co's policies, rules and regulations of Labor & Immigration and ensuring staff adhere to the company’s policies.
Mediating between company and staff in an amicable ways during any kind of disputes.
Providing HR support to all levels of management assist in minimizing labor liabilities and maximizing our human capital investment through managing HR teams and representatives.
Developing and maintaining expatriate population: staffing, employee relations, policy/procedure development, compensation and benefits administration and recruitment.
Model the highest standards of HR professional ethics including fairness, objectivity, absolute integrity and punctual, regular, consistent attendance.

Additional Responsibilities
Represents the company in Immigration & Labor Department for processing and obtaining related
documents as per rules and regulations; labor approval, entry permit, employment visa.

• Processing all kinds of main immigration work.
• Processing all kinds of free zone work (Tecom, Dubai Media City, DWC, and Jebel Ali).
• Maintain visa, leave and personal records of all company staff.
• Processing papers for visa application, Medical, Visa Cancellation etc.
• Handling visa preparations from receiving of documents to receiving the visa’s from the government.
• Check for any updates on local laws and ensure compliance with the same.
• Preparing all kinds of letters requested by all employees.
• Submit business visa applications to various embassies based in Dubai.
• Assist in the arrangement of personal visit visas for employees.
• Providing daily reports to the HR executive to update the recruitment tracking sheet.
• Ensure the renewal is one month before expiration of documents by tracking them through the alerts I
Receive from the system.
• Updating the system with the passport and residencies details.

Coordinating the activities of employment visa as per UAE law with the administration department, candidates and Consultant to avoid any error. Coordinating with departments for getting employment visa - appraisals for those who have joined on visit visa.
Ensuring the visit visas are issued as per UAE federal law and as well as per Company policy joining / visit if required.
Ensure proper documentation for visa activities
Coordinating for stamping of employment visa and preparing of employment contracts.

INDUCTION & ORIENTATION:

Formulate & implement a system for proper induction & orientation for employees at Senior Management level.
Introducing the terms of employment & company policies to the new joinee’s.

OTHER ACTIVITIES:
Coordinate with the recruitment consultant & take care of their payments.
Issuing various certificates as per the terms & conditions of the employment viz. salary certificate, NOC etc.
