• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for sales activities, marketing initiatives, and branch operations in Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Oman. Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and take corrective actions to ensure budget compliance and financial performance.
• Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Conduct regular market analysis and competitive intelligence gathering to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to adjust sales strategies, product oferings, and pricing tactics accordingly.
