- Every day I check the email and I keep in touch with the staff the new offer that we have.
- Make meeting every day to talk about the target and the offer and to push the staff to do their work
correctly.
- I handle the customer and I try to solve the problem and complains otherwise I contact my store
manager to manage this situation.
