• Contacting Suppliers / revising material submittals before submitting to Engineers.
• following up the material delivery to site and ensuring that material delivered is the approved material by the Engineer.
• Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.
• Reporting regularly on progress to senior levels.
• Participating in determining the time frame and resources needed.
• Manage the day to day work of the HVAC teams.
• Review the construction schedule to implement on site and report to the HVAC project manager.
• Supervise preparation / Revise of Shop Drawings & As-Built drawings till final approval.
• Supervise and follow up the installation in all stages.
• Plan / Prepare / supervise the testing & Commissioning of the HVAC systems.
Dragon Mart II, Hotel, Multi Storey Car Park, CUC & Infra Structure works, United Arab Emirates. (Current Project)
Provides additional 1.7million square feet of retail areas, around 246 Guest Rooms and add 5, 000 car parking slots with cooling capacity of 7500 TR utilizing Modular Chillers & Cooling Towers.
• Participated in the design review, pre-qualifications approval & daily supervision of mechanical installations, including review of submittals, shop drawings, and testing and commissioning
• preparation of technical and progress reports, and coordination with other engineering disciplines,
• Inspecting the material delivered to site.
• Revising and issuing monthly payment certificates introduced by the contractor.
• Checking and testing construction and contractors’ installation and construction methods to ensure that these methods are performed according to agreed site procedures and the contract documents.
Jumeirah Park villas Project, a project consisting of the construction of a village including infrastructure works and roads, as well as, the villas and townhouses along with the hard and soft landscape for the sidewalks and open spaces. The area of the project site is about 385 ha and comprises a mix of various types of buildings and dwellings such as 5 bed room, 4 bed rooms, 3 bed room large and small villas totaling a number of 2764, with all related civil, architectural and electromechanical works.
Main Task:
- Site inspection for the Mechanical work in drainage pipes system, domestic water supply and HVAC works on site.
- Inspecting the material delivered to site.
- Reviewing the shop drawings and material submittal introduced by the contractor for approval.
- Checking the work done on site and testing the networks of the drainage systems and domestic water supply.
- Preparing the BOQ for the work done on site.
- Reviewing the monthly payment certificates introduced by the contractor.
- Inspect the construction contractor’s installation and construction methods to ensure that these methods are performed according to agreed site procedures and contract documents.
Selling central Air Conditioning equipments, such as chillers, DX unit, air handling units and fan coil units.
Follow up all the operations which need central Air Conditioning equipments with the contractors which dealing with the project
