• Supervise and manage day-to-day civil site activities for steel and concrete structural works including irrigation tanks and
associated assets, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
• Direct and monitor finishing works including blockwork, gypsum board partitions, waterproofing systems, and architectural
interfaces across multiple construction zones simultaneously.
• Review technical submitals, shop drawings, and method statements to confirm alignment with WSP consultant
requirements, project specifications, and applicable international codes prior to site execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site crews to plan and sequence work activities, resolve on-site conflicts, and maintain
continuous construction progress.
• Prepare, submit, and track WIRs, MIRs, RFIs, and daily site reports to maintain accurate and up-to-date construction records
for project controls and reporting.
• Conduct pre-inspection site walkthroughs to verify readiness, identify deficiencies, and ensure compliance before formal
consultant inspections.
• Lead punch list management and coordinate final handover activities with the consultant team in accordance with project
milestones and contract deliverables.
• Monitor material deliveries and verify conformance with approved submitals and technical specifications prior to
incorporation into permanent works.
