In charge of all accounting activities, ensure financial records are properly maintained and classified. Generate financial reports and statements, monthly/yearly closing activities, assist in budget preparation and expense management activities, financial analysis and reporting to management and owning company, interface with auditors (internal, external, ZAKAT...), maintain the General Ledger, implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Taxes reporting (VAT, WHT, Municipality, Tobacco...), review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliation, banks reconciliation, payroll, AP reconciliation, AR reconciliation
Controlling and auditing inventories, controlling costs, ensure implementation and compliance with
guidelines and procedures
Review all financial reports, assist in account receivables and payables activities, determine accounting
errors or discrepancies to perform necessary corrective action, develop financial statements for payroll
processing, account reconciliations, account receivables, account payables, revenue, expenditure, etc.
Managing purchasing, inventories, controlling costs, ensure implementation and compliance with
guidelines and procedures
Stock control, warehousing, monitoring the flow of goods
Responsible for all procurement and stock control activities for the organization
Supervise the operation of storerooms and all facets including ordering, receiving, processing, recording
and distributing supplies and materials; preparing and maintaining detailed records and files
