Manages all activities of all factory Departments, to develop and implement goals and objectives.
•Review analyses of activities, cost, operations and forecast data to direct the department toward the goals.
•Develop and update business strategic planning including sales performance and new product performance.
•Review production report and operating report to resolve operational and manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum cost and prevent operational delay and to meet future growth.
•Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
•Review and oversee design concept with fundamental new technology used for product range to improve the cost reduction and safety and market growth.
•Determine staffing requirements and interview, hire and train new employees.
•Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
Manages all activities of the Maintenance Department
•Prepares the equipment maintenance schedule for production and machine operations
•Arranges all spare part and maintenance/repair operations through third party suppliers, implements IMS on-site
•Installs new machines with staff and mechanical suppliers; repaired crushed forklift to look brand new
•Provides expertise to improve upon strong business practices and improvement of maintenance functions
•Reduced maintenance repair time strongly, adding new parts, and bypassing any and all causes of breakdowns
•Supervises staff and conducts all performance reviews for workers and technicians
