• Monitor all export shipments.
• Arranging pickups for imports, coordination with origin and destination.
• Follow-up on all pending cases for undelivered shipments.

• Monitor & ensure that all service inquiries are treated and replied well.
• Ensure that all the standard operational procedures are implemented and followed of key account holders.
• Monitor daily tasks of CS agents & provide reports.
• Generate reports of all the shipments outbound, pending deliveries, return & import shipments to be monitored closely.
