Responsible in GTG/Boiler Installation & Punch clearing/Lube oil flushing and commissioning first firing/Pre-start up/Synchronize/Over speed/Load test/Steam blow.
Responsible in Punch Clearing and warranty plant for piping, mechanical, structure, civil, etc.
Via modification, as-build and install.
Working with owner to supervised the jobs. To process from unloading/loading/install/alignment/inspection/support the commissioning team for all testing, running static and rotating equipment. Also with document inspection control.
Responsible in coordinators to another disciplines.
Responsible in inspection as follow ITP (Inspection Test Plan) such as alignment of equipment, dimension check of duct and panel wall boilers, streelstructure, painting, insulation, pipe gap, bolt torque, pipe strange /flange alignment, grouting, pressure test, holiday test, liningcoat pin hole test, and visual check after weld.
Responsible in document control/inspection check sheet/prepare for ECC./NDE history/hydro test package. Submit and hand over to vender.
Responsible in coordinators to another discliplines.
