Ensures the construction and design progress are as per the contract conditions, specifications, and latest authority's regulations
Plan procurement, submission and approval schedule for subcontractors and suppliers as per the baseline program, follow up the approval process.
Coordinates and cooperates with other discipline in identifying project requirements and scope of work of each subcontractor.
Review shop drawings submitted by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with the contract drawings and specifications prior to submittal to the consultant.
Liaise with the Architect and/or Engineer for design and technical issues.
Monitor on-going engineering work schedules and progress.
Arrange coordination meeting and design workshop with the subcontractors.
Provide assistance to site engineers for technical issues and details.
Monitors supplier to ensure delivery of materials on time.
Coordinate with other discipline and sub-contractors.
