- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

- Responding to complaints from customers and give support when requested
- Handling all the process of orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Informing clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Responsible for accounts payable, including data entry and generating checks using QuickBooks Pro.
- Generated monthly invoices, sales and expense reports using Excel.
- Recording and preparing all cash receipts for bank deposits.
- Preparing all administrative correspondence.
