• Construction Management Services to contract packages of four (4) main contractors for the construction of surface water drainage, sewer, and electricity networks including installation of decorative lighting poles, planting trees, and green grass, with pedestrian and cycling paths, attenuation tank, underpass crossings, and upgrade of roads to granite covered main streets in preparation for the FIFA Qatar 2022.
• Oversee the quality management of the Central Doha and Corniche Beautification Projects, a major construction project involving multiple contractors and uniquely diverse infrastructure components and activities.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the project-wide quality management system processes and ensuring compliance with quality assurance and control standards within the organization, the contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Established audit program and lead the execution of audits to contractors, 3rd party laboratories, vendors, and providers to include recommending corrective actions and closeout of client’s audit findings for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and achieve quality objectives.
• Lead the assessment and report generation of the contractors’ performance and financial KPI scores including the consultants financial KPI reports and the client’s performance KPI assessments.
• Provide strategic guidance on quality processes to multidisciplinary teams to ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Review and approval of contractors’ document submittals such as plans, procedures, material documents, inspection and test, vendor prequalification, method statement, test reports, monthly reports, and contractors’ organization key personnel.
• Management of project wide audit and nonconformity reports on both client and consultant issued findings.
• Lead the Quality Meetings with contractors and facilitate workshop meetings to resolve important issues.
• Updates client’s portals on contractors’ KPI scores, nonconformities in APMS, risk reports in ARM, and quality questionnaires.
• Facilitate workshop meetings with contractors and project team to proactive address the closeout of significant documentation required by the client and end users for the handing over and closeout of the projects.
• Provide support to the multicultural project team on quality and technical information or reports as required by the client.
• Collaborate with document control team to ensure document integrity, traceable, retrievable, and compliant to the established document management system of the project.

• Construction Management Services to 2 contract packages of 2 main contractors for 9km dual 4-lane carriageways, 12km service roads, 5x2 level, and 2x3 level intersections including 5 underpasses, 1km tunnel, 3 bridges, tunnel service building, pump stations, attenuation tanks, 3km micro tunneling, Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and other associated civil works.
• Management of all quality aspects of the expressway program, overseeing two (2) major contract package contractors and ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and contract requirements.
• Develop audit programme and lead the execution of audits on risk areas to contractors, laboratories, and subcontractors.
• Coordination with client, system end users, and other stakeholders on handover and quality issues of the project.
• Facilitate meeting workshops with discipline engineers and contractors on actions to close outstanding work inspections, material inspections, document submittals, non-conformities, and client audit findings for the final project closeout.
• Identify and develop the structure of the project-wide records and dossiers for archiving and handover.
• Review and verification of test results and contractor’s quality reports
• Preparation and submission of consultant’s quality reports and assessing contractors' KPI scores.

• Lead a team of twelve (12) QC Engineers, Inspectors, and Document Controllers in delivering their quality functions.
• Coordination with consultants on quality issues, technical document submission, inspection, and nonconformities issues.

• Oversee the Quality Management System development and deployment of the design and build scope for the Doha Metro Green Line Elevated Viaducts and At Grade Sections including metro stations, tunnels, and bridges.
• Collaborating with the Construction team, designers, design verification engineers, and various subcontractors to ensure compliance with a well-defined quality management system that is compliant with current industry requirements.
• Created, established, and implemented the Quality Package (QVF) System as a proactive approach to Self-Certification.
• Established the framework of records validation and preparation of handing over document deliverables.
• Lead and managed a team of over 32 staff of QA Engineers, QC Engineers, QMS Auditors, Material and Testing Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and other support staff in delivering quality functions.
• Provide support and inputs to the project controls for the periodic reports related to quality metrics.
• Development of the project-wide audit program and lead the implementation by the QMS auditors in conducting audits of the subcontractors, designers, DVE, suppliers, vendors, and 3rd party testing laboratories.
• Oversee the Site QC team surveillance activities and the implementation of inspection and test plans.
• Provide support and guidance to the subcontractors and suppliers submittals to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Facilitate readiness reviews, quality meetings and workshop meetings with project team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identifies competency gaps and training needs, and initiates training programs for implementation and presentation.
• Take the lead in the Self-Certification process, dossier verification, and project closeout.
