Management of FM contracts for owned and leased properties working with stakeholders to identify synergies, improve building management processes and reduce cost
Introduction of SLA and penalties in all strategic agreements, with associated management information processes developed and implemented.
Implementation of a contract database and vendor management methodology and process to pro-actively manage vendor contracts, tracking of vendor SLA and KPI’s, and provision of weekly report packs to senior management.
Managing and supervising the procurement team, coordinating, preparing and negotiating complex professional service contracts, Managing and directing bids and competitive negotiation contract processes, which include the development of procurement plans, statements of work, selection criteria, target dead lines and terms & conditions of contracts, Assisting in the coordination, development, evaluation and administration of requests for proposal & service contracts.
