finding out about the project requirements
estimating the time the project will require
coming up with design concepts
presenting options for design treatments
creating final designs, working to a deadline
proofreading and preparing designs to be sent to print
1. Provide secretarial and administrative support to General Manager
a. Maintain and organize the filing system
b. Prepare travel request, handle hotel reservations and travel arrangements as per the requirements of the traveling staff member.
c. Translating non technical documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
d. Prepare monthly reports, work plans.
e. Prepare presentations.
2. Administration follow up for:
a. Reconciling courier account with both courier companies and Accounting department
b. Performing all air tickets reservations and all hotel bookings for all staff members through official requests
3. All reception duties including:
a. Receiving and forwarding telephone calls
b. Forward telephone messages in a timely and appropriate manner to the concerned person
c. Welcoming guests, board, and committee members and directing them to the locations of activities
d. Receive guests and direct them politely to the requested person
e. Regularly updating the employees’ telephone directory and extensions
f. Responsible for receiving faxes, making copies and distributing them to the concerned party.
g. Receiving incoming letters and distributing them to the concerned party.
