o Develop and execute the recruiting plans and maintain the budget.
o Efficiently & effectively fill open positions (local and overseas employment).
o Full execution of recruitment process (job posting, screening, Interviewing & filtering applicants making recommendations and communication with hiring managers, writing offers and doing the contract negotiation)
o Build internal communication network with the hiring managers and follow up with them regularly to determine and ensure of the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation and applicant evaluation in the probation period.
o Represent the company at public events and job fairs and emphasize the company branding.
o Responsible for conducting the orientation program and on boarding plans for new employees in coordination with the concerned departments.
o Continuously explore and find better/ new sources for recruiting the qualified and required candidates and manage the posting of job vacancies at the recruitment channels.
o Coordination with other regions recruitment agencies for overseas employment and follow up the recruitment procedures.
o Issue of acceptance / rejection letters to job applicants
o Full execution of recruitment process (job posting, screening, & filtering applicants making recommendations and communication with hiring managers, writing offers and doing the contract negotiation)
o Issue employee contracts and renewal contracts.
o Issue all employee’s certificates and letter when needed
o Issue new transferred employee’s demand letter with coordination with Government relation section.
o Supervise Personnel Administrator to maintain employee database to ensure that all employee information (promotions, sick days taken, vacation days accrued, etc…) is maintained in personnel files as well as creating files for new employees in the database
