Oversee projects and Supervise day to day operations, evaluate performance and reporting on developments of the team. Direct communication with the Managing Director for continuous planning on improving the business.
• Review performance of the Sales Executive on a monthly basis and gives feedback.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Initiates training and developments.
• Conducts interview of applicants.
• Handling documentation/visa application of new recruit.
• Communicates with the supplier for the timely delivery of the products.
• In-charge in preparation of LPO, Invoices, and quotations and managing the import and export of the goods.
• Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential Clients.
Duties
• Coordinates and follow-up with the mall marketing and event mall manager.
• Making sure necessary permits for the event are obtained.
• Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and trouble shooting on the day of the event to ensure that al runs smoothly.
• Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiency.
• Post-event evaluation
• Coordinating staff requirements and staff briefings
• Making sure adequate staff are available in the activity area.

Having over all accountability for growing the sales for profitability through out each areas of the store. Managing teams to deliver KPI's and compliance throughout the operation, as well as delivering excellent standards of customer service.
Duties
• Driving operational, visual and customer service standards
• Monitoring and reviewing staff and store performance on a regular daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Planning strategies for achieving sales target
• Communication with the Brand Managers and Merchandiser on slow and fast moving products.
• Ensure regular showroom staff meetings and trainings.
• Ensure staff are appraised in line with company guidelines.
• Deals with staff discipline and grievances.
• Maintain high standards of visual appearance throughout the store.
• Operate an effective stock management system to maximize sales and profitability.
• Ensure the prevention of stock losses within the store by giving awareness and implementing preventives plans.
• Responding to customer complaints and comments and providing solution.
• Actively monitoring competitors activity.
Responsible for driving all areas of the business and for leading teams to deliver results. Also in-charge of monitoring driving a range of KPI's within a fast paced, high volume retail environment.
