• Maintain and continuously develop the risk register for 20 renewable energy and infrastructure
projects, including Al Khushaybi Solar PV IPP, Muwayah Solar PV IPP, Amaala Utilities PPP Project,
NEOM, Bisha Solar PV IPP, Humaij Solar PV IPP, DEWA III Restoration Project, and the SECI Floating
Solar Plant.
• Identify and analyze project risks, assess probability and impact, and assign risk owners, enabling
proactive risk management through structured, periodic reviews.
• Prepare, develop, and publish monthly Key Risk Indicator (KRI) dashboards covering all 20 active
projects and tenders submitted during the reporting period, supporting leadership visibility into emerging
risk trends.
• Conduct vendor sanctions and compliance screening via the Dow Jones risk and compliance portal
prior to supplier approval on each project, escalating findings for further action to strengthen internal
controls and reduce compliance risk.
• Analyzed and evaluated 33+ tenders (30 solar PV and 3 wind energy) for contractual, regulatory,
commercial, and financial risk using the FIDIC Yellow Book framework, delivering clear risk insights that
informed senior managements bid/no-bid decisions.
