Project Financial Management

• Evaluate and manage risk activities to proactively address and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring effective risk management and minimizing impact on project objectives.
Reimbursable Projects Management
• Oversee reimbursable projects, including the preparation and control of Work Elements Release (WER) budgets and Prior Approval Forms (PAF).
• Coordinate with clients to review and obtain approval for time sheets; ensure all reimbursable expenses are properly documented and approved by the client.
• Prepare accurate and timely invoices based on approved timesheets and reimbursable expenses.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices and address any payment discrepancies.
