Acting at PPM-1 as a CCR Operator for Trident Energy contract in Campos Basin. Process Plant of PPM-1 (Petrobras) Production Area including Gas Oil and Water Separation Plant and Production & Injection Gas Wells. Sour Oil & Gas, Specialty on handling Chemical Injection, Production & Injection Well, Pigging Operations, Utility, Sulfur Recovery Unit, Injection Compressor, Amine Systems, Well Testing, Well Integrity Testing.

Report to Lead Operator information regarding the maneuvers and services performed at the plant. Operating the process plant from CCR supporting Lead operator and process operator.
Startup and commissioning of machines and equipment.
Three-phase separators, centrifugal compressors, and double-fuel turbochargers. Co2 removal unit (membrane). Unit of withdrawal of h2s. Absorbing vessels (molecular sieve).
Utilities: Reverse osmosis, n2 (membrane) generator, electrochloride (sodium hypochlorite production), air compressor and dryer (instrument air and utility air). The cooling medium (water cooling process) and heat medium (process water heating). Turbogenerators bi-fuel electric power.

Cooling and heat medium on process. Training on PLC Kongsberg DCS software, for control panel’s operators. Responsible on process plant and maintenance of some equipment (Level glasses, pneumatic pumps, LIT´s, etc.). Also accountable for Daily Report and RDO information’s for Petrobras files recordings. Working also as a Control Panel Operator, responsible for controlling and monitoring the well test process plant (TLD).

In 2000 (December), I’ve participated in process field training at Purificacion (Bogota, Colombia), where I’ve specialized at operations in an oil production field. Part of the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up team Also used to be responsible for the activities regarding to the closing of Daily Production and RDO. As a CCR operator i was reliable to control and monitor plant parameters through Simplicity & GE Fanuc PLC, Supervision the preventive and corrective maintenance at the rig, Monitor the protective systems (Fire & Gas and ESD), Responsible for taking actions to prevent or rectify abnormal plant and production situation, Coordinate response instructions during emergency situation, Authorize Permits to Work that are related to the plant process
