The Main Responsibility :
• Comprehensive management ofsubcontractors in terms ofconstruction progress, construction quality, on-site
safety and construction plans
• Develop construction milestone plans according to contract requirements, ensuring completion according to
milestones.
• Based on milestone plans, propose reasonable quarterly, monthly, and weekly plans, supervise the entry of
subcontractor resources, and implement construction plans.
• Organize the compilation ofdrawings and material lists, propose material procurement plans based on
construction plans.
• Provide review comments on subcontractors construction plans, and organize experts to evaluate major plans.
• Review design drawings and provide review comments.
• Liaise with the Iraq National Engineering Consultation Center to clarify drawing issues and propose design
optimization solutions.
• Coordinate with the representative ofthe Ministry ofInterior ofthe Iraqi Cabinet, local government, and
subcontractors to remove construction site obstacles and coordinate access to water and electricity for municipal
construction.
• Coordinate with the project supervision team from the Misang Province Housing and Construction Bureau to
expedite construction plan approvals and on-site inspections.
• Manage on-site safety, supervise subcontractors to follow plans, identify safety hazards, and urge subcontractors
to rectify them to ensure on-site safety.
• Implement quality management on-site, ensure subcontractors follow specifications, and ensure construction
quality meets contract requirements.
• Review subcontractors work quantity, verify work quantities beyond the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Organize internal and external meetings to resolve issues related to progress, quality, material supply, etc.,
during construction. Coordinate the issuance ofpermits for special operations by relevant departments.
• Coordinate the relationship between subcontractors and material suppliers, drive the project to proceed
according to milestone requirements.

• Lead for the 8.65m dock wall high-rise formwork, responsible for high-rise formwork drawing review,
optimization, facilitating approval ofhigh-rise formwork construction plans, and conducting technical
negotiations with formwork suppliers.
• Communicate closely with various disciplines, design teams and construction teams to resolve design and
construction issues at professional interfaces.
• Develop multiple construction schemes, liaise with the owner (Aramco) project management department and
quality acceptance department, drive scheme approvals and process inspections.
• Conduct on-site construction technical briefings and facilitate on-site quality inspections.
• Organize the compilation of drawings and materials, and propose material procurement plans.
• Organize internal and external meetings for subcontractor management in aspects of quality and safety. Conduct
design and construction scheme briefings and training for subcontractors and on-site management personnel.
• Serve as the lead for research projects, completing one research project, two construction methods, obtaining
nine utility model patents, three granted invention patents, and two granted design patents.

• Completed technical specification compilation and quantity calculation for several foundation pit support
projects, slope support projects, and pile foundation projects, and conducted cost estimation.
• Reviewed subcontractor technical proposals and provided comments.
• Participated in the underground foundation pit support design for Phase 1 of Chuyun Lantai, foundation pit
support design for Parcel 7C of Wuhan Evergrande Changqing Garden, and foundation pit support design for
Evergrande Cultural Tourism City in Ezhou.
