Responsibilities- Handling & Directing HSE Teams in Kuwait, Qatar, KSA. Prepare HSE pre qualifications for KOC, KNPC, ARAMCO, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Chemicals, Equate, Joint Operations tenders Monitor all HSE procedures and recommend strategies to avoid all accidents and implement all health and safety hazards for all sites. Participate in all site safety commitees and analyze all job hazard activities and ensure compliance to all guidelines and perform audit on all activities Design safety training programs for employee and ensure response to all specific requirements and maintain knowledge of all company safety programs and draft all materials for training programs within required timeframe. Ensure that Safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are maintained, and communicated to employees Assist, support, and monitor the implementation of the HSE strategy. Ensure that an adequate program of training for health and safety is established and that the safety culture is encouraged amongst employees. Investigate Incidents/Near Misses and communicate the root causes for non repetition. Conduct Third party Inspections and certifications Prepare HSE pre qualifications for KOC, KNPC, ARAMCO, Qatar Petroleum, Qatar Chemicals, Equate, Joint Operations tenders. Co Ordinate with Legal Authorities ( Municipality, health Ministry ) for audits and certifications Implement ISO certification requirements and maintain documents related to the standards. Conduct inter departmental audits as per ISO standards
Position Held- Asst. Manager - HSE Duration- April 2017 - October 2021 Responsibilities- Head for the Department consisting of 3 Safety Engineers & 5 safety Oficers. Monitoring the activities of the Team (Safety Engineers) @ the client sites ( KOC, KNPC, CFP, NRP). Audits @ Sites, Camps, Fleets & Company facilities Preparing Monthly HSE & Audit reports. Representing the Company with the Client as HSE Representative & tackling HSE issues. Accident /Incident Investigation & Reporting. Monitoring the Lifting Jobs @ Sites & reviewing Lifting Plans. Craft Training the Drivers, Crane Operators, equipment Operators, Supervisors. Inspections of the Cranes, earth moving Equipments, Manpower, Camps, Resting facilities, sites, Fire Fighting Equipments. Revision of HSE Plans, Manuals, Policies, Regulations. ISO Audit Certification - Documentation Preparing Pre Qualification documents for Contract bidding Process. Representing the Department @ Management Meetings Responsible for the Liaison between Third party Inspection (TPI) company for Certification of Company Fleets & Manpower.

Projects -U.S.A Army Project, Bulk Fuel Tanker Project, KNPC Equipment Rental, Shuwaikh Port Container Handling, CSA ( US Camps ) Equipment division Supervising and Ensuring the Safety of Heavy Lift Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Mobile Cranes, Vacuum Tankers, Bulk Fuel carriers, Trailers. Tool Box talks to employees, HSE talks for employees with regard to the work site they are signed. Safety Training to the staf with Training Matrix Schedule. Safety Induction to the newly joined staf, HSE orientation. Follow up of Fleet maintenance, Spares, Time schedules, etc Site Supervision for safe work at Port Facilities & Refinery. Regular Checkup of the Equipments for safe working Maintaining Checklist for the fleets prior to work. Preparing JSA for safe work execution. Accident Investigation & Root Cause Analysis. Responsible for the Safe working Environment at work site, Company workshops, Staf Camps, Equipments. Monthly Meetings with the client Safety Department to ensure the safe regulations are met as per the client Requirements.
