Job Description:
* Manage all accounting transactions
* Publish financial statements in time
* Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
* Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
* Ensure timely bank payments
* Audit financial transactions and documents
* Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database
backups when necessary
* Comply with financial policies and regulations
* Checking all related documents for potential customers.
* Provide guidance and follow up for all collectors.
* To coordinate and follow-up with solicitor for legal
customers status.
In Accounts:
Manage all accounting transactions.
In HR:
* Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or
requests.
* Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
* Assist with payroll
* Support other assigned functions.
