-Responsible for managing all phases of the proposal (RFQ, RFP, RFI).

-Oversee all proposal processes (preparation, revision, and submission) and ensure all necessary actions and deadlines have been identified.
-Structure, develop and write Proposals in a customized manner that complies with the customer’s requests.
-Work on multiple proposals, while ensuring milestones and deadlines are adhered to.
-Develop and update presentations and other related materials in support of proposals or marketing activities.
-Maintain communication with the client for clarification of requests.
-Produce the full bid, ensuring that there is a 0% error rate within the document.
-Evaluate and understand the legal and technical aspects in Tenders and Bids.
-Assist Purchasing team with suppliers, getting Performa Invoices; negotiate for better prices & delivery period, requirements of legalized original documental for customs clearance, etc.
-Prepare the financial proposal, calculating the cost and margin of the project with professional manner and compete with.
-Ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
-I can say that during the seven years of work in the field of bidding, I was able to work and provide approximately more than 700 tenders and proposals through different functional levels.
Follow up and Co-ordination:
- Interface with the business units to ensure that their deliverables are on time.
- Coordinate the efforts of the different entities team work involved in the process.

I was:
-Manage significant proposal opportunities.
-Drive the bid process forward, responsible for driving the development of Bid Management competencies
-Identify, evaluate and process Tenders and Bids. In-depth knowledge of information technology will be a distinct advantage.
-Evaluate and understand the legal and technical aspects in Tenders and Bids.
-Manage Tender requirements with concerned Departments/Clients/Authorities.
-Contact hardware and software vendors to ascertain product codes and pricing.
-Responsible to closely follow up and monitor the Tender from inception stage until it has been awarded.
-Maintain format of Company’s submittals; Tracking, Follow-up, Task Lists, Schedules, Critical Path, Traffic Records and Closing Case Files.
