Duties & Responsibilities •SHJ government insurance portfolio team leader: the role requires to work professionally and cooperatively to show perfection in the output and flawless in the process
•Coordinating with the team members to issue and dispatch the medical cards and make them ready on time and passing endorsements
•Checking and validating proper documentation for any application before taking decision
•Signification experience in customer services as my role includes responding to clients’ different types of requests such as E-requests and telephonic requests until resolved
