Responsibilities:
•Communicate with suppliers, shipping lines, customs broker etc. to achieve high level delivered logistics activities and mutual satisfaction.
•Responsible for the day to day management of the logistics functions, ensuring cost effectiveness and timely management of carriage.
•Follow up with shipping lines to ensure procedures are completed efficiency.
•Follow up on the customs clearance procedures for customs regulations and track & trace the shipment (Parcel).
•Providing the actual due payments to the financial team to prepare the financial transactions.
•Contacting the shipping lines for the best freight offer and best service.
•Follow up the money transfers for the external supplier and issue form 4.
•Ensuring the integrity of import documentation such as Bills of lading, Commercial invoices and packing list for customs declaration.
•Follow up with the customs clearance agent.
•Track all orders, shipments since order until delivery at warehouse and preparing the receive list by the ( AXAPTA ) database system .

1. Provide Support for many steps of transportation process.
2. Prepare various international shipping documents such as declaration documentation in accordance of country import laws, packing lists and shipping invoices.
3. Prepare purchase orders and send it to import department after the chairman approval.
4. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for the market demand before ordering more items, by coordinating with marketing department.

2. Ensure that goods are shipped at due date.
3. Arrange with suppliers and freight forwards for shipping the products and prepare all shipping documents for customs clearance and free the cargo from customs authorities.
4. Rearrange with financial department and coordinate with it to process supplier payables and follow up payments with its different methods ( L/C, advance payment, Credit)
5. Follow up bank procedures to issue a draft of L/C to be sent to the supplier for any amendments.
6. Responsible for tracking the shipments from shipment arrival to warehouse
7. Communicate with the clearance agent to clear the goods.

Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and execute all domestic/International export/import shipments bookings; work closely with all vendors and ensures that shipments are handled as per the clients requirements.
•Verify that all customer routing instructions are being followed.
•Issue Air Way Bills.
•Prepare all shipping documents, ensure on-time pick up and completion of export and import formalities.
•Update customer with the shipment details and planned vessel schedule with sailing details by sending pre-notification.
•Negotiate rates where required with carriers.
•Complete operational formalities of shipment and ensure documents for the shipment including bill of lading is issued as per requirement of customer.
•Send pre-alert to destination and customers.

1.Providing a safe and efficient ground handling service to GPA customers and airlines as a member of the Ground Services Team .
2. Remove baggage and freight from aircraft onto appropriate equipment.
3.Tie down and secure baggage and freight on board the aircraft.
