CP10J Project with following duties & responsibilities
- Main Responsibility when I promoted to Construction Manager
In charge of the project budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate
billing records.
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses.
Ensuring that all quality control, environmental and health and safety requirements
are met.
Formulated policies, managed daily operations, and planned the use of materials
and human resources.
Direct and supervise engineers and supervisors
Responsible for monitoring the timely interface issues resolution during the construction and handover phase of the project;
Perform engineering duties in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures, and facilities, such as roads, hardscape, softscape, irrigation projects, pipelines, Pumps, Tanks, Portable water and sewage systems.
Interface, Testing, Commissioning & Handing Over.
Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors.
Ordering the required materials for the construction works
Review material submissions, method statement and shop drawings submitted by suppliers and subcontractors prior to execution.
- Main Responsibility as a Sr. Electrical Engineer
Report and liaise with Project Manager regarding the electrical aspects of the project.
Primary adhere to company policies and procedures.
Coordinate with, instruct and supervise site engineer. Manage the workloads of a team of more than site engineer and lead the team imparting clear objectives and motvation to achieved targeted results.
Act as a focal point for matters relating to electrical aspects of the project.
Assist the project manager in liaison with consultant and client.
Study construction documents (Electrical and related discipline) in detail and develop clear understanding of scope, details and responsibilities.
Responsible for prepare the material submittal, Method statement as per the approved log sheet submittals and get it approved and done as per project specification.
Responsible for preparing and maintain up to date planning and progress schedule.
To coordinate with other disciplines as required on day-to day basis or as set out by the project requirements.
Maintain awareness of the project electrical specification, drawings and design criteria.
Coordinate weekly and monthly progress reports (project progress, material procurement, submittals and approvals, manpower utilization, look ahead)
Attending meetings, writing reports, letters and giving presentations to managers and clients.
Coordination with local authorities for approvals, inspection, and services connection.
Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements of consultant, KAHRAMAA, QCS approval and specifications.
Review and check single line diagrams, circuitry and interconnection digrams. Also to check application of low/high voltage design.
Responsible for maintenaning the accuracy of design and workmanship for Street Lighting Poles, High Masts, Traffic signal, Indoor & Outdoor Decorative Lighting system including, Feeder pillars, Power Distribution boards.
Oversee supervision works for all electrical installations including power, lighting, cabling, wiring and grounding accordance with national and internation installations specifications.
Making Decisions and Solving Problems - Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
Understand all related codes and their application to the project; mange the interface with the local and internation codes and standard suited for the project.
Check third party inspection and report.
Witnessing testing and commissioning of the works.
Responsible for the final inspection of the work and monitor final completion of work.
As Sr. Electrical Engineer with following duties & responsibilities
Responsible for inspect the installation going on the site and make sure that the installations are in line with the project specifications, Quality Control Procedures and local authority Regulations and requirements.
Responsible for designing the electrical activities (Single line diagram, load schedules, Cables calculations, Electrical Panel Boards etc.).
Responsible for prepare the material submittal, Method statement as per the approved log sheet submittals and get it approved and done as per project specification.
Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
Ensure that the works are done as per drawings and specifications and follow up all related documentation as per the project requirements.
Responsible for maintenaning the accuracy of design and workmanship for electrical transmission, distribution substation, primary protection, lighting and power control, fire alarm & voice evacuation, paging system and puplic address system, telephone/data system, emergency lighting system, structured cabling system, earthing and lightining protection system.
Oversee supervision works for all electrical installations including substation, power, lighting, cabling, wiring and grounding accordance with national and internation installations specifications.
To resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
Understand all related codes and their application to the project; mange the interface with the local and internation codes and standard suited for the project.
Attend regulary on weekly, monthly and other progress meeting held at the site.

To ensure that installations of relevant works are up to the standards specifications and approved method statement before rising the inspection request.
Responsible to ensure that the site work is carried out in accordance with the specified standards after studying shop drawings and specifications for the project.
Responsible for monitoring, guiding and evaluating the performance of site foreman.
Telecommunication system cable laying and MDF room equipment’s installing.
