Works on increasing the efficiency of salesmen by creating & managing key performance indicators.
Evaluating distribution & coverage of products across all regions.
Generate and issue regular reports.
Designs and implements forms & systems for use in dept. operations.
Works on creating a sales manual including all policies & procedures of sales department.
Works on field planning to optimize the frequency calls per each route to reach best distribution optimization.
Lead projects within the business - project team leader (ERP project).
