Set yearly/monthly forecasts by SKU & production plans & salesmen's targets in accordance.
Initiate and lead the implementations of sales strategies.
Set salesmen incentive strategies towards company's objectives.
Monitor stock levels to ensure constant product availability.
Works on increasing the efficiency of salesmen by creating & managing key performance indicators.
Evaluating distribution & coverage of products across all regions.
Generate and issue regular reports.
Designs and implements forms & systems for use in dept. operations.
Works on creating a sales manual including all policies & procedures of sales department.
Works on field planning to optimize the frequency calls per each route to reach best distribution optimization.
Lead projects within the business - project team leader (ERP project).
- Set yearly/monthly forecasts by SKU.
- Set incentive strategies and discount programs.
- Initiate and lead the implementations of sales strategies.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure constant product availability.
- Work closely with Marketing in planning brands strategies, segmentation and positioning.
- Evaluate distribution / coverage by SKU.
- Monitor the P&L performance of the segment & identify areas of revenue - opportunities.
- Prepares & monitors dept. expense budget and yearly revenue projections.
- Generate and issue regular reports.
- Assist with the collection of clear, consistent and standard data for each product in the segment.
- Designs and implements forms & systems for use in dept. operations.
- Ability to understand the drivers of a consumer business and interpret data to make decision.
- Lead projects within the business - project team leader.
- Facilitate any approved & difficult modifications.
- Ensure required data & info is regularly entered into the system.
- Coordinate department activities with other dept.

- Developing Sales reports for the company and its operating units.
- Market screening by monitoring new markets.
- Monitor competition and market share.
- Provide sales with sales incentive tools.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating the sales department database.
- Assist sales in assessing the sales conditions of customers.
- Conducting analytical reports.

- Manages and coordinates the implementation and administration of integrated policies and procedures for the department.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Monitors day-to-day sales transactions (both alcoholic & non-alcoholic) based on the data gathered by the Handheld (Van Sales) System.
- Highlights any suspected erroneous information and reports it to Market Analysis Manager.
- Carries out the generation of Handheld top management daily reports concerning daily sales.
- Makes necessary comparisons with sales figures supplied by Follow-up & Statistics Dept. to quantify variance levels.
- Assists in the preparation of Handheld top management weekly and monthly reports covering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic sales to monitor performance.
- Data Reporting and Analysis with the objectives of providing employees with the most perfect medical insurance services.
Brokerage
- Responsible for giving current prices for currencies to the clients.
- Handling All the Accounts of the clients including the calculations for final profit and loss.
- Manage the provision of new data analysis tools in order to have the power to manipulate data and monitor the business .
- Manage reporting requirements for all business applications.
