Introduce and Specify Legrand product with our key customers in order to keep our customers integrated with our solutions and obtain their satisfaction regarding our services and products that reflects our culture towards the customers which will increase our market share and turnovers.
responsible to establish, maintain and develop long-term structural partnership with a selected group of (inter)nationally operating creative specifiers (Architects & Electrical Designers, Consultants).
responsible to drive and monitor specification process with the selected group of creative specifiers in order to ensure that Legrand got specified in their (inter) national projects.
support selected group of specifiers with electrical concept/design and calculations through the entire specification process.
monitor and coordinate Legrand specified projects with relevant stake holders until the commercial deal is awarded to the Sales Unit.
define and implement a customer database of creative specifiers in close cooperation with Key Account Managers in the Country Sales Units, clearly categorizing the specifier groups and defining approach towards each of the categories.
responsible to establish a link between selected creative specifiers and marketing and innovation departments within Legrand to share knowledge and competence with objective of getting inputs from these customers into our product roadmaps/ product designs and in studies on future application trends.
responsible to communicate new product introductions and new innovative technologies developed by Legrand to the selected creative specifiers in line with Marketing Architectural Approach.
responsible to maintain multitude of internal working contacts with (inter)national colleagues at Legrand Design office & Application Centre, Customized solutions group & with Marketing Managers, Product managers, Segment Managers, Sales/ Key Account managers.

• Leading all the low voltage projects in the western area and supporting the sales team.
• Managing all the panel builders in the Western area : Power Center - Multi Electric - MEMF- Nasreen - GADAC - Ghader alsabah - ... etc
• Prepare annual Sales plans supported by Solid Sales Pipeline targeting the increase of Legrand Penetration.
• Map existing potential to continuously generate new business opportunities.
• Drive / Implement aggressive sales force across Cement, Minerals and Mining Customers.
• Take Customer Loyalty to new levels establishing long term strong relationships.
• Set winning strategies, margins and prices in cooperation with other Teams.
• Work closely with customers during budgeting and designing phase to differentiate Legrand.
• Target achievement with Legrand requirements and Upgrade Services.
• Pursue Large Scale Service Contracts and Jobs.
• Ensure expanding coverage in areas, customers and segments where Legrand has no presence.
• Competition Analysis to sharpen Legrand Sales Force and enhance our competitive edge in the market.
• Tune case by case sales approach and pricing strategies in line with opportunities mapping to keep customers engagement.
• Define record and archive service account plans for assigned accounts including player maps, contacts, risks, opportunities. Challenges and future investment plans.
• Match Legrand Services Portfolio with customer requirements and ensure optimum services are proposed.
• Close and continuous follow up with customers and supporting functions to ensure invoicing and collection on time.
• Target coupled with significant contribution to the fulfillment of the rest of KPI’s.
• Improve Net Promoter Score rating at customer base.
• Position Legrand with Major Accounts.
