Managing Engineering activities
*Working along the Construction Director (Eng./ Patrick Droney) for carrying out construction activities related to C/A in different phases of project, Ensuring that construction work comply with approved designs, plans & contract requirements.
*Coordinate with All departments to participate in preparation of applications & execution of work.
*Ensure the quality of work performed is in accordance to plan.
* Submit weekly status report showing update for structural elements casted on site.
Technical support for all departments.
Full coordination & follow up with all trades.
Coordinate with the sub‐contractor for the submittals of materials to be as per project specifications.
Organize shop drawings received from the sub‐contractors & coordinate with all trades.
Monitoring area variation with technical department.
Monitoring of long lead items.
Data organization review & analysis.
Control of design cost impact.
Prepare all needed & required quantities to support other central
departments
Attend the needed meetings at site with technical manager to put full assistance & cover all technical requirements.
Effective & fast action to be taken to solve all points mentioned in the weekly meetings & to submit bi‐weekly report for higher management showing the status of site visits & technical problems.
Responsible of finishing s and rehabilitation the furnishing of 96 guest rooms, Reception lobby, Main restaurant & ancillary buildings.
