- Maintain the availability of Infrastructure and Data Center
- Monitor Infrastructure 24/7 and respond to any sudden incident or problem during the shortest possible time.
- Following up with the relevant with teams until the incident/problem become over.
- Collect the required information from the relevant teams about any problem after it has been solved to generate an outage report that contains the problem reason and actions done to solve it and any recommendation to avoid this problem in the future.

- Coordinate trouble resolution with other technical divisions in order to minimize customer (and non-customer) affecting downtime.
- Proactively monitor assigned accounts for circuit and/or service trouble and notify customers upon trouble identification.
- Respond to Network-wide outages including, but not limited to; Data and IP network, Voice Failure, Transmission Failure and Auxiliary Service outage.
- Create weekly and/or monthly reports in order to track and trend recurring issues and isolate possible trouble commonalities.
- Tracks and closes trouble tickets.
- Adhere to escalation procedures and customer care processes.
- Escalate troubles to vendor/service providers when appropriate.
- Assist in establishing NOC monitoring, control, and integrating NMS connectivity.
- Provides online knowledgeable assistance and coordination to field engineers, service providers, vendors, and other carriers.
- Ensures Quality of service levels across all services (KPI-Performance).
