● Prepare, Develop, and amend the Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) to comply with regulatory requirements, manufacturer, and reliability recommendations. For 737-classic and NGs.
● Experience evaluating technical documentation from airworthiness authorities, aircraft manufacturers, and vendors to determine its impact on fleet airworthiness, aircraft reliability, maintainability, and safety.
● Evaluate all the manufacturers, regulatory authority documents ADs and SBs, issue engineering documentation, Work Order Requests, or Task Cards to Part 145 for the compliance of required maintenance.
● provide technical assistance to Part 145 contracted maintenance organizations and follow up on the progress of maintenance work orders.
● analyze aircraft reliability data in accordance with MRB and MPD and monitor their effectiveness to achieve program requirements.
● Monitor components removal rate and initiate follow-up actions to improve component and system reliability.
● Identify any repetitive occurrence of problems and recommend appropriate engineering solutions and corrective action plans that are cost-effective.
● Solve technical problems or unscheduled events with the fleet and provide technical support for line and base maintenance. B737-300/400/800
● Develop Minimum Equipment List (MEL), Configuration Deviation List (CDL), and Non-Essential Equipment & Furnishings (NEF) documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
● Prepared maintenance check packages by including appropriate AMP tasks, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, and their associated preload.
● monitored life-limited parts, out-of-phase checks, routine checks, and engines and updated daily.
● Coordinated with Logistics, Engineering Materials to insure all required materials and kits were available for the accomplishment of tasks.
● Evaluated maintenance records and made sure they met applicable standards.
● Conducted Maintenance inspections, checks, and repairs with appropriate tools and equipment.
