Manage High Value Residential mobile offers, products and projects from initiation until closing phases.

• Responsible for designing value propositions, marketing mix and channel strategy to boost the segment acquisition, base and revenue.
• Establish financial business cases for the mobile offers & products, ensuring that business financial KPI’s (Subscriber base growth, Revenues/ ARPUs, Cost, Profit) will be met.
• Manage the creation of promotions to increase usage towards \targeted mobile market segment.
• Insurance of mobile offers revenue. 
• Follow-up on mobile offer/promotion evolution in terms of meeting/achieving targets. (Activations & usage analysis) including analysis of data on existing offers/promotions and data about the market.
• Internal training & support on new mobile offers/promotions. 
• Define criteria to deter churn and enhance loyalty.
• Assisting in setting up processes and procedures with Quality department.
• Assisting the communication team in creating new concepts and monitoring the implementation of the media plans (handset and postpaid launches).
• Monitor the merchandising of retail shops for high Value targets.
• Collaboration with the mobile handset vendors for major high tier launches.
