Project: Nam Ngiep Hydropower Plant Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate subcontractor’s billings and variation orders.
2. Prepare detailed quantity take-off for Civil and structural works supported with CAD drawings.
3. Prepare estimate of various work required in the project.

5. Attending regular meetings with sub-contractors, project managers and co-staffs.

1. Evaluate progress billings and change orders submitted by Contractors, NSC and Suppliers including reconciliation with final amount.
2. Inviting suppliers and Contractors on submittal of bids and recommend the least qualifying to Client.
3. Attends weekly coordination meeting with Client, Contractors and Suppliers.
Tender Department
1. Checks and reviews tender documents and prepares necessary clarifications to Consultants.
2. Prepares detailed quantity take off for Civil, Infrastructure, Structural, Architectural and Interior Fit-out Works.
3. Prepares detailed BOQ for pricing by Cost Estimators.
4. Evaluates Subcontractor’s quotations based on the Tender requirements.
5. Consolidates Civil and MEPF BOQ for the completeness of tender.
6. Assists in the preparation of Technical bid submittals.
7. Assists on quantity take off for Mechanical, Plumbing and Firefighting System.
8. Attends pre-bid conferences and site visits.
Awarded Projects
1. Conducts Plan review and compare “tender plans” vs. “for construction plans”.
2. Assists in sourcing out subcontractors for Client’s approval.
3. Prepares progress billing.
4. Prepares claim and variation orders and conduct reconciliation with Consultants.

5. Prepare purchase requisition for Suppliers & Subcontractors.

7. Determines actual project accomplishment and prepares billings statements to clients.

1. Supervised construction of Bridges from Substructures to Superstructures (Including Bored Piling).
2. Supervised construction of Toll Plaza including finishing works and installation of complete accessories.
3. Supervised construction of Interchange and Roadways including cut and fill, CTB, asphalt laying road markings and signage.
4. Responsible for all Civil / Structural works at the construction site and ensures that these works are in accordance with the latest drawings and specifications issued for Construction.
5. Coordinates closely with superiors and consultants and co-engineers of various trades / disciplines as to the needs and requirements of the project.
6. Attends regular meetings with sub-contractors, project managers and co-staffs.
7. Coordinates with various consultants on design and construction issues needed for implementation.
8. Prepares estimate on materials needed for Project implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Conduct rigid inspection on civil, structural, architectural, electrical and plumbing works to ascertain full compliance and conformity with plans, specifications and related contract documents.
2. Coordinates closely with all engineers of various trades/discipline as to the requirements and proper implementation of the project.
3. Attends regular meetings with the clients, consultants and contractors.
4. Evaluate variation orders submitted by contractors.
5. Evaluate contractor’s billings based on actual accomplishment.
6. Responsible as qualified to act as Material Control Engineer, thereby witness all material sampling and testing for the project.
7. Responsible to act as Quality Control Engineer, thereby reviews material submittals and samples submitted by the contractors prior to endorsement to the Designers and Architect.
8. Identify defects and prepare defect lists for review of the Project Manager and the Construction Manager and ensure the rectification of the defect.
