1.Experience of using Brüel & Kjær (BKV) VibroSuite and SKF Aptitute Observer vibration analysis tools with thorough knowledge of configuration, troubleshooting and diagnostics modules
2.Experience of diagnostics and predictive analysis of wind turbine gearboxes and generators of various types and make.
3.Good understanding of variety of failure modes of components and corresponding fault indications using detailed time waveform and spectral analysis.
1.Hands on experience of vibration measurement and fault diagnosis of variety of rotating equipment in several refineries, power plants and OEM’s of motors, pumps and compressors
2.Familiar with use of GE Bently Nevada - Commtest Vb Series portable vibration measuring instruments and Ascent vibration analysis software
3.In-depth knowledge of variety of vibration measuring instruments, measurement units and standards, vibration fault characteristics, analysis and diagnosis
1. Experience and knowledge of real time data acquisition, vibration signal processing and predictive maintenance of rotating machinery using vibration based condition monitoring
2. Trained in vibration signal processing and data analysis using commercial software Prosig - DATSlite Analysis and MATLAB with vibration data trend plot monitoring and analysis for a Light Transport Aircraft turboprop engine
3. Good understanding of components and construction of PT6A gas turbine engine by Pratt & Whitney, Canada and fair knowledge of vibration monitoring instrumentation and analysis softwares
4. Experience of working with CATIA V5 and Altair HyperMesh 11 for aircraft component geometric modeling and FE modeling and analysis
1. Production Supervisor and assistant to continuous improvement activities in shop floor with hands-on experience in productivity improvement and material cost reduction projects
2. Enthusiastic member of the Lean Council & project planning and implementation team with good documentation and presentation skills
3. Experience of working with Quality Management Tools and Lean-Six Sigma management tools
4. Worked on improving Standard Operating Procedures and development and standardization of Team & Task Assignments
