Ensures attainment of reach & market hygiene objectives in Lead stores within set standards
•Manage accounts receivables and reports daily collections
•Ensures proper maintenance and optimum deployment of trade assets and Point of Sale materials to the trade together with the Trade Marketing and Admin Supervisor
•Gathers feedback from trade customers to further improve services and execution of trade activities
•Acts as the face of the principal in the trade in an ethical and professional manner
•Monitors trade executions based on the programs
Address gaps and opportunities to ensure attainment of monthly and annual objectives
•Ensures on time implementation and excellent execution of Nestle promotions and other initiatives that drives visibility and sales.
•Ensure sales data integrity, timely and accurately encoded
•Execute Business development projects, creating awareness and sustaining demand in emerging channels
•Ensures proper monitoring, interpretation, and gap analysis of sales data using the available system tools and communicates it to the sales team
•Ensure that quality of service at the highest level by the distributor through regular customer visits
Promotes the café deals to customers
•Prepares handouts and flyers for promotion
•Helps maintain the daily attendance of employees
•Controls the inventories of the outlet and prepares the list for ordering
•Manages the supplies and organizes as per expiry rule
•Prepares daily reports of food preparations to ensure quality
•Provides utmost customer service to the customers
Store completed documents in appropriate locations
•Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered
•Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to supervisors
•Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors
•Maintain logs of activities and completed work
•Encodes land transactions for ownership
•Process payments for sugar production
Conducts marketing efforts and activities such as telemarketing and sales calls daily
•Composes proposals and conducts sales calls on newly identified prospective accounts and follow up with them at least every other week
•Conducts site ocular with clients and convince them to get the site
•Can deliver powerful presentations of the Company's products and services to prospective clients, at least every month there must be a prescheduled presentation meeting with clients.
•Directs and coordinates company sales functions with right or accountable personnel
•Negotiates with current clients the terms of renewal at least 2 months prior to expiration of contract
•Determine different strategies that can help the department to reach its sales target and present them during meetings
•Promotes positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
•Coordinate promotional activities and trade shows
•Actively participates in the development of new project proposals
•Performs field and station visits to check the area of billboards at least every other week
•Prepare and deliver sales method activities for effective sales leads and prospects
•Provide timely feedback / reports
•Provides sales and administrative support involving efficient handling of top and confidential agreements
Post daily bank transactions, participate in accounting functions such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and billing
•Prepare letters, memos, dictation transcription, and presentations
•Create, revise, edit and format various documents
•Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate department
•Provide clerical support to executives and professional staff
•Clerical duties include preparation and distribution of mail, copy and file documents and complete data entry as needed
