I am Wilfredo Estrada Cusi, currently working in ABV Rock Group Ltd. For almost 10 years now as QC Civil Engineer/Coordinator. I have been working 27 years abroad (5 years in Malaysia and 22 years in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), not to mentioned seven years local.
During this period I handle several positions like Building Surveyor, Civil Inspector (government side); Project Engineer; Civil/Architectural QC Inspector and Civil/Architectural QC Engineer.
Some of my project involvements are the following:
1. Ministry of Interior Security Forces Medical Complex (MOI- SFMC) - Riyadh Project, KSA. A 10.6 billion SAR Project consist of Hospital, Infrastructure & Residential Buildings, from 16 February to present.
2. Information Technology and Communication Complex (ITCC) - Takassusi, Riyadh, KSA. (A 2.56 billion SAR Project, consist of 4 units - 22 storey buildings, 6 units Medium Rise Building and a Mosque), from 10 November 2010 to 15 December 2013.
3. Construction of 120 kms. 4 lanes highway from Jimajim to Hafar Albaten Road, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from 11 November 2002 to 05 April 2004.
4. Construction of 42 storey 4 star Hotel Grand Seasons, Jalan Pahang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 09 Dec. 1996 to 29 April 1998.
I am also a member of Saudi Council of Civil Engineers (SCE) Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (P.I.C.E.) KSA- Riyadh Region Chapter, International Charter No. 2. Most of all I am a License Civil Engineer back home,
