Managed the Infrastructure department of the Emerging Markets Branch of the Royal Bank of Canada in Switzerland. The infrastructure head reports to the COO of RBC Switzerland and ensures the availability of all infrastructure components.

Key responsibilities:

Server infrastructure for financial applications. (iSeries and MS-Windows)
Workstations, networking and telecommunications for 180 end-users in Geneva.
IT Security / Enforcement of Swiss Bank Secrecy rules against RBC group policies.

Cooperated on a project base with the physical security department for the integration of a new access control system for a Swiss-wide implementation, ensure compliance with local regulation and monitored remote support from outside Switzerland.
