• Restructured the setup of the MAN TopUsed Center in Jebel Ali, with a loss of 2.000.000 Euro in 2016 to a loss of only 300.000 Euro in 2017, with a decreasing market of average 50% per year since 2015, by implementing a motivating bonus system for the Sales Force and business development with network MAN TopUsed in Europe and local Importers in the Middle East.
• Achievement of the best margin per unit of average 7, 2% of the EMEA MAN TopUsed organization.
• Registering of the MAN TopUsed Trademark brand in all the Middle East countries in order to shift the business to the importers instead of being competitors of them and develop the business together, locally.
• In 2001 Renault Trucks invited me to take the position of Used Trucks Manager for the Netherlands and to become part of the General Management team. I was in charge for the complete Used Trucks business in the Netherlands, with 8 dealerships owned by Renault Trucks and the development and support of the private dealerships.
Several years I achieved the best of overall result of EMEA and have been invited to give presentations of best practices to the Renault Used Trucks Managers in Lyon at head quarter.
• In 2008 Renault Trucks changed the setup by creating Renault Trucks Commercial Europe.
I was nominated Used Trucks Manager for the Benelux (Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg).
• Head quarter in Lyon asked me to develop a buy back grid for the Light Commercial Vehicles for all the European countries, as the Netherlands was the biggest market in Sales of LCV of Europe. This grid became applicable for the whole organization.
• End 2011, Volvo Trucks took over all the shares of Renault Trucks and the setup was changed in a multi brand organization. Most managers of Renault Trucks lost their job and were replaced by Volvo Managers.
• Thanks to the excellent results I was nominated as Used Trucks Director of the Benelux for the Volvo Trucks and Renault Trucks brand for the Benelux. I managed to improve sales with 5% per year and the best overall result of EMEA with an average margin of 7, 4%
