Pre-Contracts Tendering process:
Scope review, pre-bid meeting with Users with
result of EOI and approved strategy, site visits (if required), the most suitable pricing mechanism for a given scope of work, i.e., lump sum, re-measurable, cost plus, unit rates contract duration. Technical clarifications and tender bulletin issuance to Bidders. Finalize Technical Evaluation Report and
obtained approvals.
Pre - Contract: Tender Evaluation:
Technical evaluation as per agreed criteria, ensure conducted in a fair and ethical manner and are consistent with the terms and conditions of tenders. Prepare commercial evaluation report and tabulation sheet to technically qualified bidders.
Commercial negotiations carried out based on the lowest value and highest In-county value ranking.
Post - Contract: Contract Management
Contract Administration as per applicable COMPANY guidelines and procedures. Conduct Kick off / troubleshooting, Bill of Quantities, and prepare other technical tender docs. Bidders list shortlisting, budget and award
with invited Bidders as site visits (if required), identify the most suitable pricing mechanism for a given scope of work, i.e., measurable, cost plus, unit rates with specified project / technical clarifications and tender bulletin.
Finalize Technical Evaluation Report and
Technical evaluation as per agreed criteria, ensure bid evaluation is al manner and are consistent with the prepare commercial evaluation to technically qualified bidders carried out based on the lowest value and Contract Administration as per applicable COMPANY guidelines and procedures. Conduct Kick off / troubleshooting, progress meetings, performance monitoring and evaluation, change orders / amendment / variations review and approvals. Completion
Certificate, PAC and FAC issuance.
