• Due to my success as a Sales Development Representative, I was promoted

I was a key member of the team, closing contracts with new clients from
financial institutions across Europe and the Americas and adding
significantly to the successful growth of the business. My role included:
• Sourced, negotiated and closed high-value contracts that resulted in a
$142, 800 increase in annual revenue.
• Meeting one-on-one with clients both in the UK and Internationally, to
ensure the seamless completion of deals.

of new staff.

Listed below are the client engagements I worked on as part of my role in Operations
Advisory within KPMG Australia:
• South Australian Energy provider - Resourcing Strategy: As a result of rapid
expansion, the energy provider was experiencing an increase in expenditure.
KPMG were engaged to provide advice on strategic resourcing options to help
reduce expenditure whilst still providing value to customers. My role included:
• Identification of opportunities to improve problem areas in their existing
resourcing framework.
• Supporting with the model forecasting on proposed resourcing options.
• Supporting with the facilitation of multiple Executive Workshops to
confirm feasibility on resourcing options.
• Development of Workshop presentations as well as the final report
summarising resourcing options.
• South Australian Government Agency - Strategic Plan Development: As a
result of the establishment of a new Government Agency, KPMG were engaged
to assist in the development of the Department’s Strategic Plan. The Strategic
Plan was developed to serve as an alignment and prioritisation document to help
communicate the roles and responsibilities of staff within the agency. My role
included:
• Supporting with staff engagement and consultations, which included
developing presentations and documenting key outcomes from discussions.
• Supporting with the development of the final summary report, which
included important feedback from staff engagement and consultations to
assist in the development of the new Strategic Plan.
• South Australian Utility Company - OPEX Benchmarking Report: As a result
of an ongoing performance review, KPMG were engaged by the client to develop
a report which provided a view of its relative operating efficiency in comparison
to its historical performance as well as other water utilities across Australia. My
role included:
• Collation and modelling of historical data against current operating
expenditure.
• Analysis of operational trends and development of various graphs and
models to illustrate the comparative operating efficiency.
