• Managing construction projects, (coordinates with main contractor and consultant engineers)
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Setting out, leveling and surveying the site;
• Orient and train labour to get high efficiency output in site.
• Prepare weekly, monthly progress report and billing and submit to the project engineer.
• Make files for all the Documents as proof of evidence in the site or works.
• Prepare weekly, monthly performance report and ensure scope of works are followed
• Checking always the Quality of the fabricated steel of the structure, paint quality, and fabric to be used for the projects before transport to the site.
• Attending for the Material Inspection request, and also for the site Installation Inspection with the Consultant, with Materials Specifications and Approved Shop Drawings
