1. Supervision/in-charge of Fabrication, design lay-out and
installation.
2. Documentation, preparation of monthly shop Production
Report.
3. Prepare construction/shop drawing using AUTOCAD
4. Estimate job cost prior to execution.
5. Coordinate with other sections as when necessary.
6. Checking Stock and ordering material.
7. Preparing Daily Progress report.
8. Executing site jobs as required and preparing Job Cards.
9. Utilize all ISO norms & forms.
1. Execute in-house and client’s drawing/plans including
further design. modifications and revisions (e.g. structural
steel, handrails, tanks, etc.)
2. Prepare construction and shop drawing using AUTOCAD.
3. Prepare hardness test data on all incoming raw
steel/aluminum materials.
4. Supervise fabrication based on client’s drawing. (e.g.
steel and aluminum)
5. Provide direction to construction leadmen to proper
installation technique welding and function of project
item.
6. Project Planning and scheduling using Primavera 3
software ( in-house and site projects)
7. Monitor material and project status and updates reports.
8. Prepare cutting schedule, estimates material take-off and
material for all structural steel and mechanical works
requisition to Procurement Dept.
9. Lay -out design and development of piping, structural
and mechanical works based on client’s drawing for
approval and implementation.
10. Prepare layout, drawings and implementation for
fabrication/installation of aluminum railways, ramp,
cladding and trim for camp and various
Clients.
1.Supervise fabrication of Batching Plant, Crushing Plant
component, parts and other structural steel related
products base on design and specifications by clients..
2.Assist construction foreman on installation and layout of
Batching Plant
and Crushing Plant and other structural projects.
3.Monitor site projects status, material deficiency,
equipment, and progress report thru Project Planning and
Scheduling.
4.Check in-coming and outgoing raw materials and finished
product as per their proper specification, quality and
welding.
5.Prepare daily quality control and inspection report.
6.Initiate drawing modifications and revisions of a project
based on discrepancies during actual installations on site.
1.In-charge of Engineering Department and Maintenance.
2.Coordinate with Production on proper material
specification and quantity.
3.Execute in-house and client’s drawing as well as further
design and revisions as well as fabrication of prototype
units.
4.Prepare construction and shop drawing using Computer
Aided Design Drafting (AUTOCAD)
5.Supervise machining of lighting parts, assembly and
fabrication, bending punching of cable tray.
6.Provide direction to construction foremen to proper
installation technique welding and function of project
item.
7.Prepare layout design on installation of lighting and
other structural steel products.
8.Execute plans and prepare cutting schedules, order of
aluminum steel for fabrication of T-runners and Cladding
and other aluminum products.
10. Prepare estimates, material take-off, and bill of
quantities of prospective and in-house projects.
11.Supervise installation and assembly and modification
of lighting products. (Electrical and mechanical)
1.Perform product Research, Development and Testing.
2.Conduct Prototype unit design, testing and implement
trial run.
3.CAD Detailing to ensure accuracy of assembly of AC
paneling, component distribution and sheet metal
forming and punching.
4.Execute product parts and specification requirements for
ordering and used on higher tonnage AC.
5.Prepare system design thru HVAC software and initiate in-
house assembly and installations.
6.Qualify/Inspection of all incoming raw materials and
components as per specifications and requirements.
7.Prepare In-coming Daily Quality Inspection Reports to
Product Manager.
8.Execute plans and prepare cutting schedules, order of
aluminum steel for fabrication of T-runners and Cladding
and other aluminum products.
1.Prepare layout drawings as reference for Generating sets
site installations.
2.Prepare shop drawing for Diesel Generator Parts for
machining.
3.Execute client’s plans and drawings and supervise
installations.
4.Prepare Bill of Quantities and material take-off.
1.Prepare shop drawings, cutting schedules and material
take-off.
2.Prepare bill of quantities and order of raw materials.
3.Frequent supervision in-house and site projects.
4.Prepare estimate and costing.
5.Quality check of incoming and outgoing raw and finished
products.

7.Drawing of moulds and dies for all aluminum softwares
