Baggage Services Manager,
Responsable for 6 baggage services offices in London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports.
Trouble shooter for service delivery Failures and start-up procedures at new stations.
Dealing with customer complaints both verbal and written.
Leaising with customer airlines and other internal departments. Over the years I have gained knowledge and experience with somany airlines as a handling agent, this has helped develope my skills to deliver a very high standard.
I started work for Menzies once again at check-in and progressed to Baggage services manager, During my time with this company I was called upon to help out at various other stations throughout our network always when things had gone wrong. I managed to work in various country's (Holland Spain and Austrailia). I was given a free role to capitalise on the skills f the staff in place and to help develope thier skills to a much higher level
Ground Opperations assistant Manager, I was responcible for the delivery of the AirScotland airline product ensuring each flight departed on time every time. This role covered last minute ticketing comstomer enquiry's and complaints. Also overseeing the handling agent and daily comunication with our directors.
I started with Servisair working on Check-in and over the next few years progressed toShift Duty manager in Opperations handling 35-40 Flights per shift.
I left school with various Standard Grade qualifications, I have been in various employment positions. My real education has come from work experience an have excelled in all positions. I have the ability to think ahead to ensure our customers recieve a very high standard of service.
