Compiling / Analysing of daily site info. Planning all site machines & vehicles services and scheduled maintenance. Assist store personnel with stock counts to ensure sufficient stock of parts. Tracking of vehicle & machine checklists and deviations. Building monthly compliance reports.
Doing all planning and scheduling work on OTR Tyre rotations of the front tyres and isometrical wear on the back tyres to improve tyre life. Asset management on all tools and equipment. Purchasing of new equipment and sourcing new venders. Site severity studies and reporting back to the mine on a weekly basis. Analysing data make design reports, wall charts, safety awareness posters. Forecasting of tyres on a yearly basis and over 5-year usages.
All maintenance and repairs on PC’s, Printer and networks. Setup and layouts of networks and cabling. Camera and CCTV installations and full maintenance.
Managed all administrative and Technical documents between ERSA and ALNG. Managed all documents inside the Company as well at operation area outside the company. Managed all payable and receivable, ledgers. Managed weekly and monthly budgets and created monthly budget forecasts. Managed Daily attendance of all personnel. Manged the monthly invoices and created timesheets for personnel. Provided onsite training of assistant Document Controller. Managed/Supervised the security team on a shift bases over festive seasons guarding the site.
Programming the Record Control System(RCS) on all the trucks and Secondary Equipment. Installation of a wide range of cctv Cameras on Kumba like bullet, dome and ip Cameras. Install grease systems on shovels and Secondary Equipment. Auto electrical work was also a huge factor of my job.

MineSuite and Scada (Production monitoring
Software). While employeed at Kumba I
was also appointed as the Safty rep which
included all safty regulations in the working
environment of the mine.
